So since I had trouble (basically the color-indicator telling me the upcoming missions might be too hard for me) keeping on leveling through quests I figured I might as well try out the races.
They're easy to find since there's two of them (one training one rookie) in front of each Nightclub.
I enjoyed doing them and so I searched the cities for more.
They're rather easy to find, since they give off this purple-ish glow like you can see in the picture below:
While doing them I realized that besides the Emblem-Styles you can wear they actually give a significant amount of XP allowing me to get from level 19 to 21 just by doing races.
If you want to know more about races there's two pretty good URLs for that:

What I found out by some further research is that you have to have a certain level to be able to do races of a certain difficulty. I was looking around for the master races and couldn't find them at the locations described in the links above. As it seems you have to be level 25 for the master races, I do not know if there's also a level restriction on expert and intermediate races but I would guess so.
I'm gonna finish today's post with 2 pictures I took with some cute ingame-art I found:
I'm gonna be on honeymoon in Cuba with my lovely wife for the next two weeks, but I'll make sure to continue this blog when I come back.
So long!
